Say good bye to winter!

A friend sent me this a few years ago. Why do I like it? Because I can relate! We haven't had snow in our part of the city but at the end of January a few weeks ago, I was driving in it like crazy traveling for my job.

But we had a very sunny day today and suddenly it's not dark at 4:30 pm anymore. You can feel the winter doldrums lifting and spring is right around the corner. In honor of saying good bye to winter, press play above.

I have no idea what the language is in the final part, but the universal language of coffee is being spoken and that is the other reason I like this funny commercial.

Candles to anyone who can read the byline at the end.

I know that it is Scandanavian but not sure which one...it means "Get a better start to the day."

Love your blog by the way!

Yay! I am so glad you took a moment to check this out.

Everyone, please meet Melenie! I met her last night at a candle party, and she is one of those cool people....you start talking to them and you realize you have a lot of things in common. She is a homeschooling mom. Ummm...loves candles of course. And she and her sister make me laugh hard!

I'll be seeing her in a few weeks at her sister's party and we'll have another fun evening.

Make sure I give you some extra candles for your interpretation of the byline. (= Please come back often and post some comments, we have a fun time here.

Maybe I should do a post on what our parting conversation was....ummm....you're laughing aren't you?

Hilarious! Yes, all us coffee drinkers are "sympatica" (i'm sure i've spelled that wrong).

In Christ,

Laughing? Rolling on the floor! It was rather intersting, I must say...somewhat disturbing really :) I was worried you wouldn't want to be our candle lady after meeting the rest of our family! We do have a great time when we're together though...you just never know what could happen...or what might be said :) LOL

Thank you so much for the very nice intro! Isn't it great when you meet someone who has things in common with you and your family and you had no idea? I just LOVE that! I thought at the beginning it was all about the candles and then I learned we both have 2 kids, homeschool and love chickens! Who would have guessed?

My daughter's blog is not the only one I have...I also have:

Keep writing...I'll keep reading :)
