I hear it all the time. The second child learns a lot just by watching the first. JM couldn't identify his number and letters until one year of three year old preschool was complete. He is absolutely doing fine in school. He reads well and is on target for a typical six year old.
Then we have BH. He's a rocket scientist!
Sorry. Could get it to flip right in my photo software, but blogger flipped it back. It's not too bad.
