This is worthy of a good laugh
I just received this little message from a family member who lives in the Washington DC area and has a very interesting perspective of our nation's politics up close. This just made me laugh pretty hard.

That is hilarious! do you mind if i link to it?
Angela :-)
Go ahead! I got it in an email that's going around the internet right now. I think it would be a great addition to the photography in your blog (=
Thanks! i gave you credit! Also, you may wonder how I found your blog...my husband knows your hubby! Both my husband and I graduated from MBC. I graduated about 10 yrs ago, and I had your husband for a few classes! Anyway, my husband's name is Bobby Grow.
take care,
angela
I already got a nasty comment re: dem agenda post! Of course i won't publish it! have you gotten any mean spirited comments? basically this guy is extremely liberal and told me "to get over myself" and that the war in Iraq is "killing in the name of Christ"...interesting!
take care,
angela
I haven't. But my blog is not "out there" too much. I have my little set of friends who check and maybe some folks from MBC.
I would kindly point out that free speech goes both ways. As much as dems like to poke fun at republicans, we republicans like to do it too.
Honestly, if someone can't see that was a joke, then we're all really in trouble.
Yes, I would delete the comment, and I would also let him know that your blog is for you to post whatever you want. If he doesn't like it, then maybe he should find blogs that represent his view that won't upset him as much. I would also kindly point out that as much as liberals like to preach the virtues of "tolerance" his lack of understanding that this was a joke seems pretty "intolerant" to me. Maybe he should think about espousing and representing his own ideals better.
Isn't that a shame though?
I will be the first to admit that the reps aren't perfect. There are no good/perfect answers to any of the difficult issues that face our country. I don't envy Pres Bush, and although I don't agree with some of his ideas, I support him and pray for him! it doesn't help to sling mud! i agree that free speech goes both ways! i think that nasty comment guy took it a little too personally!
blessings
angela
I linked this in an article I wrote for BrooWaha.com. Thanks.
